Application form (in Nepali)
1.Translation of Marriage Certificate
- Application form (Download PDF/Doc),
- Original copy of Marriage certificate which is translated into English and attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal along with the original copy of marriage certificate in Nepali,
- A copy of passport (Both; Husband and wife),
- A copy of Iqama/ID,
- Passport size photograph of both husband and wife,
- Fees SAR per page.
2. Attestation of Birth Certificate
- Application form (Download PDF/Doc),
- Original copy of Birth certificate which is translated into English and attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal along with the original copy of birth certificate in Nepali,
- A copy of passport (Both; Husband and wife),
- A copy of Iqama/ID.
- Passport size photograph of both husband and wife,
- Fees SAR per page.

5. Attestation of Academic Certificate

- Original copy of Academic certificate which is attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal ,

6. Translation of Nepali Driving Licence.
- Valid original Nepali licence,
- A copy of Iqama/ID,
- A copy of insurance either of driver or of the Vehicle.
- A reference letter from sponsor.

7. अधिकृत वारेशनामाका लागि आवश्यक कागजातहरु
अधिकृत बारेशनामाका लागि आवश्यक पर्ने निम्न कागजातहरु लिई राजदूतावासमा स्वयं उपस्थित हुनुहोला ।
- अधिकृत वारेशनामा दिने व्यक्तिको नागरिकताको फोटोकपी
- अधिकृत वारेशनामा लिने व्यक्तिको नागरिकताको फोटोकपी
- सक्कल राहदानी
- इकामाको फोटोकपी
- अधिकृत वारेशनामा दिने व्यक्तिको हालसालै खिचेको पासपोर्ट साइजको २ प्रति फोटो
- जग्गा बिक्री गर्ने अधिकृत वारेशनामाका लागि सक्कल जग्गा धनी प्रमाणपूर्जा (लालपूर्जा)
- सम्बन्ध बिच्छेद गर्ने अधिकृत वारेशनामाका लागि सक्कल/नोटरी प्रमाणित बिवाह दर्ता प्रमाणपत्र
- अन्य सम्पत्ति (जस्तै: मोटरसाइकल) बिक्री गर्ने अधिकृत वारेशनामाका लागि उक्त सम्पत्तिको स्वामित्वको सक्कल प्रमाणपत्र
- अधिकृत वारेशनामा प्रमाणिकरण दस्तुर यस प्रकार छ:
- मुलुकी देवानी कार्यविधि संहिता, २०७४ को दफा १५३ को उपदफा (2) बमोजिम मुद्दा किटान नगरिएको अधिकृत वारेसनामा प्रमाणित गर्दा साउदी रियल १५/-
- मुलुकी देवानी कार्यविधि संहिता, 2074 को दफा १५४ बमोजिम अचल सम्पत्तिको हक हस्तान्तरण गर्ने सम्बन्धी अख्तियारनामाको हकमा तीन पुस्ताभित्रमा हक हस्तान्तरण गर्ने भए साउदी रियल १५/- र तीन पुस्ताबाहेक अरूलाई सम्पत्ति बिक्रि गर्ने वा हक छाडिदिने गरीको भए साउदी रियल १४५/-
