Demand Attestation to be suspended for 10 Working Days
This is to inform all the concerned that due to Covid 19 infections in some of the Embassy staff, the process related to the receiving of applications/requests for demand attestation from the Embassy shall remain suspended from 23 January 2022 to 3 February 2022. The Embassy’s Online Demand Attestation System will resume receiving demand related requests/applications from 6 February 2022 onwards.
However, the demand documents submitted to the Embassy’s Online System by 20 January shall be processed in due course and the attested documents can be collected from the Embassy on business days.
تعليق تصديق طلبات العقود لمدة 10 أيام عمل
بهذا تبلغ السفارة جميع المعنيين والمراجعين بأنها نظراً لإصابة عدد من موظفي السفارة بكوفيد19 سوف تعلق جميع الإجراءات المتعلقة بتصديق طلبات العقود، وذلك ابتداءً من 23 يناير 2022م وحتى 03 فبراير2022م. وسوف تستأنف السفارة استلام طلبات تصديق العقود عبر نظامها الإلكتروني كالعادة ابتداءً من 06 فبراير 2022م.
مع ذلك، أن الطلبات المقدمة عبر النظام الإلكتروني حتى تاريخ 20 يناير 2022م ستتم معالجتها في الوقت المناسب، ويمكن استلام المستندات المصدقة من السفارة في أيام العمل.
